Attend and actively participate in four, week-long residentials in Esopus, NY

Attend virtually and actively participate in 2-hour monthly meetings, including Mentoring group; share with vulnerability within your comfort level to support your growth

Engage in doing my own “Shadow” work

Risk being uncomfortable in the service of my growth

Submit case studies for discussion through Jungian lens

Participate in activities which may be new and “stretch” you: movement, creative expression through art and poetry, active imagination, dream work, etc.
